Egg White Face Mask

Hi Everyone

Today I am sharing with you this egg white face mask that I absolutely love, it leaves my skin feeling super soft and I love that it is natural and has no chemicals that could damage my skin, also it is super easy. Hope you enjoy xx

Firstly you will need one egg.

Then crack it into a small bowl keeping the yolk separate from them egg white. You can then throw away the egg yolk or you could use it in a recipe or cook it up.

I then use my fingers to apply the face mask to my face, but you could use a makeup brush. Apply a thin layer to your face and don’t put to much on other wise it may run down your neck.

Let dry for around 10 – 20  minutes, until it is dry and set. Then using a warm face cloth wipe the face mask off and your skin should be left feeling as soft as a babies bum. Then I usually apply my normal moisturiser. I would use this face mask 1 – 2 times a week but lets be honest I don’t remember to use it that much.

Heres the printable  february-calendar, ( I can’t believe its already February, the month has flown by) I think this is my favourite design out of all the months. Also I have recently joined bloglovin’ so  you now can Follow my blog with Bloglovin, I would really appreciate that.

Hope you enjoyed this post and have a lovely week ♥♥

Beauty Haul

Hi Lovelies

Here are a few products that I have recently bought. I ordered some products from Feelunique after christmas for the first time as I wanted to try it out, and I am super happy with their service. My delivery came within 1o days and in those ten days was a few public holidays so I was expecting it to come late but it came before the expected delivery date so I am so satisfied with it. I can’t wait to order more products through them, Hope you enjoy xx

The products from feelunique came in this super cute box, which I think just look aesthetically pleasing. Also the way that it was packaged was very secure and I would think that it would be safe to order a powdered product without it breaking.

The first product I am going to talk about from Feelunique is Zoellas Body Fondant Shimmer Balm. I absolutely love the packaging and it smells amazing (I thought everyone just said that, but it actually does smell so good).

Using the sponge thing to apply it to your body it looks so shimmery, it does not make you looked tanned at all which I was a bit disappointed with but it does make your skin look healthy and glowing. I would recommend trying it out if you were interested in buying it.

Next from Feeluniqe I ordered this Pure Clay Detox Face Mask by Loreal as I was thinking it will be fun to use with my friends at a sleepover or something.

Their is a fair bit of product in the jar which was more than I expected but to be honest I am a bit disappointed with it as I feel that it didn’t do anything to my skin. It may have made it a bit smother but I didn’t notice a big difference.

Next from Myer I got this Mac Studio Fix Foundation in the colour N15 as I have wanted to try one of theirs out for a while to see if it was really better then a drugstore foundation. I found that it was quite a full coverage but did leave my face powdery and didn’t live up to my expectations (I will still use it as it was expensive but I probably won’t by another one).

Finally is this moisturiser by Nivea as I wanted a new moisturiser that made my face really moisturised so I could use it with the foundation.

I found that it didn’t really moisture my face as much as I wanted. But will use it just as a daily moisturiser/sunscreen as it has spf30+ and will protect my face from the sun.

If their was any products you could recommend or if you have used any of these and thought differently comment down below, I would love to see your thoughts. Hope you have a lovely week.

Chocolate Filled Doughnut

Hi Everyone

Today I am sharing with you this doughnut recipe that I tried the other day (just to throw away all your new years resolutions), Hope you enjoy.

Note: This recipe takes about a whole day to make so I would suggest to read the recipe before going and making (like what I did ) the original recipe comes from here I halved the original recipe and it made 7 doughnuts. I really would recommend making them because I think the wait is worth it, they tasted amazing.

  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 egg + 1 egg yolk
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 ¾ cups plain flour
  • 2 table spoon sugar
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ packet dried yeast

  • Oil for frying
  • Sugar for coating the doughnuts

Chocolate filling

  • chocolate
  • cream

First place your 1/3 cup milk into a saucepan and heat until it bubbles at the edges

Then set aside to cool until it reaches around 50ºc then add in your egg and your egg yolk

In a bowl combine your 1 ¾ cups plain flour, 2 table spoon sugar, ½ teaspoon salt and ½ packet dried yeast .

Then add in your milk and egg mixture and using dough beaters beat on a low speed for about 4 minutes or you can do it by hand and mix for about 8 minutes.

then once it is combined using your hands mix in the butter pieces at a time until it is completely combined

Now cover with some plastic and place in your refrigerator for 3 – 12 hours

After you have waited remove the dough from the bowl and roll onto a floured surface using a rolling pin. using circle shaped cutters cut out your doughnuts and place onto a lined tray.

Then place glad wrap over your doughnuts and place in a warm spot for 30 minutes – 2 hours, until they begin to rise.

I left mine out for around 10 hours and they rose a lot.

This is fore the chocolate filling if you want to. Place half parts cream to half parts chocolate into a saucepan.

Combine over a very low heat and continuously stir until it all comes into one.

Now is the part we see it all come together. Fill a pot/pan with oil, just enough so the doughnut would be off the bottom. Place the oil over the stove and wait for it to heat up (be careful because the oil is hot and will burn you). to see if the oil is hot enough place a small ball of dough into it and if it floats and sizzles it is ready. Using tongues place one doughnut at a time into the pan flipping it over when it becomes golden brown. Have a plate ready with paper towel fir when the doughnut is ready.

Once you have patted all the oil off the doughnut place it into some sugar to coat it.

Then with the end of a spoon make a hole in your doughnut and using your chocolate ganache and a piping bag pipe it into the hole. Then your done.

I really hope you enjoy this as much as I did eating them, if you do try the recipe please let me know by tagging me in your photos on Instagram @awhiterabbitblog  and use the hashtag #awhiterabbitblogcreation
